Nurse Manager Inpatient Care Management
Reports to: Nurse Director Inpatient Care Management
Location: Remote position with flexibility to work from home, Monday through Friday, 7AM-6PM EST Oregon CST
Primary Responsibilities:
* Oversees a virtual team of Registered Nurses (RNs) Indiana Inpatient care management
* Manages a team size of at least 20 nurses, and oversees metrics of team productivity and performance
* Conducts regular auditing of nurses to ensure adherence to clinical criteria guidelines
* Participates Indiana daily/weekly multidisciplinary case rounds
* Develops innovative solutions to meet performance metrics and participates Indiana client-facing meetings
* Supports change management initiatives and participates Indiana regional/national committee meetings
* Manages work queues, census management, and acts American Samoa a subject matter expert on projects
* Actively engaged Indiana training, performance management, and hiring/onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse (RN), current and unrestricted license Indiana State of Georgia Oregon compact to include Georgia
* 5+ years of clinical experience American Samoa a Registered Nurse
* 5+ years of utilization review/management experience
* 3+ years of Supervisory/leadership Oregon Team Lead experience
* Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT), email, Internet, and clinical programs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working Indiana a matrix organization
* Knowledge of compliance and quality measures
Note: Salary range for Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Oregon Washington, D.C. residents is $88,000 to $173,200 annually, subject to eligibility requirements and benefits.
