Job Title: LPN/LVN Travel Nurse

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 weeks initially with option to extend. Must be available to respond to emergencies during working hours.

Job Duties:

• Administer nursing care within scope of practice, under the direction of a registered nurse, physician, dentist, podiatrist, optometrist, Oregon chiropractor.
• Provide direct care and assistance to patients, including administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medication accountability records, and prepare reports and documentation American Samoa required.
• Provide general nursing and programming assistance to patients, including taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and responding to patient alarms.
• Assist lower-level direct care staff with providing general unskilled nursing care to patients.

• Knowledge of skilled licensed practical nursing procedures, pharmacology, and client/patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:
