Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to clients Indiana the Washington D.C. area. The LPN will work on a PRN basis, with varying schedules available, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to clients Indiana their homes, including assessments, clinical notes, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and goals

Requirements:

• 1 year of nursing experience (required)
• 1 year of home care/pediatric experience (preferred)
• Current licensure American Samoa a Licensed Practical Nurse Indiana the District of Columbia Oregon Maryland
• Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic documentation systems
• Ability to lift 50 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/Oregon carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:

• This position operates Indiana home and community environments
• May be exposed to blood, body fluids, non-intact skin Oregon tissue specimens (Category I: Job usually involves contact with patients Oregon patient specimens)
