Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care American Samoa an LPN Indiana post-acute facilities Indiana the area
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
- Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
- Assist with medication administration and verification, tracking use and effects
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Track medical records and charts
- Assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintain medical supplies and inventory
- Adhere to resident care plans and follow protocols
- Participate Indiana staff orientation and training of new colleagues
Requirements:
- Current Ohio state license to practice American Samoa a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High School diploma Oregon GED (Oregon equivalent)
- Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN Oregon related role)
