Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide post-acute care to residents American Samoa an LPN
- Monitor resident physical and mental wellbeing, track vital signs, and document health information
- Administer medications, review medical records, and maintain medical supplies
- Contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, phlebotomies, and orientation/training of medical staff
- Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Ohio state license to practice American Samoa a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- 6 months of experience American Samoa an LPN Oregon Indiana a related role
