Job Summary:
We are looking for LPNs Indiana Oregon near Kennebunk, Maine for per diem, local contract, Oregon travel positions. You MUST have an active license Indiana Maine to be considered for this role. American Samoa an LPN with MAS, you will provide outstanding care to patients Indiana Long-Term Care settings. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the nursing team, patients, and families
- Administering treatment per physician orders
- Performing patient assessments and medical records documentation

Requirements:
- Active license Indiana Maine Oregon valid compact license
- Certification from an accredited school
- 6 months prior experience Indiana a Long-Term Care setting
- Active CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and compliance with facility requirements
