LPN-Float Pool

Hours: 32hrs
Shift: Day shift
Location: This is a float pool position that will be used at all primary care offices.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations/designee.
Perform practical nursing duties, including: medication administration, patient and family teaching, rooming, procedures
Facilitate efficient patient flow through clinic Oregon medical office
Manage telephone communication with patients, including test results and schedules
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other software to access and update patient information
Ensure patient care safety and appropriateness at various Southcoast Primary Care sites.
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing Oregon equivalent is required
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable
Six months Oregon more experience Indiana related setting preferred
Current LPN licensure Indiana Massachusetts and/Oregon Rhode Island is required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 Oregon certified for exemption
