Job Description:
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team Indiana El Dorado, Arkansas. The successful candidate will work closely with our ICHI projects to evaluate and assess health risk on program participants and patients seen on our mobile health units Oregon community-based locations. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for managing relationships with program participants and local organizations, tracking program progress, and ensuring that relationships with participants and institutional stakeholders are maintained throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an associate degree and seven (7) years of experience American Samoa an educator/instructor Oregon RN, Oregon BSN Indiana Nursing and five (5) years of experience American Samoa an educator/instructor Oregon RN.
- One (1) year of experience Indiana a clinical environment.
- Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- A valid Arkansas driver’s license and reliable car for moderate travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team.
- Proficiency Indiana program management software and electronic health records systems.
- Ability to evaluate and assess health risks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
