Manage daily operations of the Infusion Center, Lab, and Medical Oncology services.
Collaborate with Oncology leadership to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Ensure alignment with Cancer Center policies and adherence to SPIRIT values.
Oversee associate management, business operations, patient relations, and facility maintenance.
Act American Samoa a liaison for scheduling, registration, and pharmacy services.
Work with Oncology Service Line leaders and physician leaders to improve cancer care services.
Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Nursing (required), Master’s Degree Indiana Healthcare Administration (preferred).
5+ years of nursing experience, with 2+ years Indiana outpatient oncology operations.
Experience Indiana departmental management.
Maryland Registered Nurse License.
American Heart Association CPR Certification.
OCN certification required upon eligibility for the exam.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years Indiana outpatient oncology operations and proven management experience.
Bachelor’s degree required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams and operations are essential.
Willingsness to travel is not required.
