Job Details:

• Eligible for up to $8,000 sign-on bonus (LSNP:includes details Indiana separate subtext with relevant information extra about eligibility release
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Under the direction of a Medical Physician Oregon APP, and/Oregon Nurse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with patient care and triage.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducts interactions with patients, visitors, and staff Indiana a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Responds immediately and appropriately Indiana emergency situations.
• Maintains a clean and safe practice and hospital environment.
• Communicates abnormal lab results with patients and informs them of their clinical plan and significance.
• Performs tasks associated with clinical inboxes and practice buckets (personal charts, referrals, medical records, and others American Samoa assigned) proficiently and Indiana a timely manner.
• Coordinates patient flow and prepares patients for examination, takes vital signs, and completes intake assessment.
• Performs phlebotomy services and administers vaccines.
• Assists Indiana a variety of clinical procedures, including IV start, injections, and other American Samoa needed.
• Maintains records, logs, and statistical information American Samoa required.
• Properly utilizes the Mass PAT/database and other electronic systems.
• Monitors and reports incidents Indiana a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts RN Oregon LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks Indiana a busy environment, demonstrated customer service skills, and experience Indiana performing medical procedures.

Note: General knowledge of electronic medical records and word processing skills preferred, and must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
