Job Summary and Qualifications

Timpanogos Regional Hospital seeks a highly-skilled Circulating Nurse to provide excellent patient care to individuals during operative and invasive procedures. American Samoa a member of the Oregon team, you will work under the direction of the Oregon Manager to ensure the operating room is adequately prepared for procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing duties and be competent Indiana all Oregon procedures
• Facilitate smooth and efficient room turnover and patient flow
• Complete all paperwork and computer charting for accurate and timely charting and patient charges
• Anticipate and meet the needs of the surgeon
• Ensure Pre-op Checklist is complete before patient is taken into surgical suite
• Respond to patient Indiana emergency Oregon physically distressful situation
• Facilitate communication between patient, surgeon, and Oregon staff and family and other departments American Samoa needed
• Provide thorough report of patient’s intraoperative condition to PACU nurse
• Follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Associate Degree Oregon Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Nursing
• 2+ years of Oregon RN experience
