Schedule: Full Time Night; 12.5 hour shifts
Hospital: Ascension Saint Thomas
Location: Serving all campuses; Saint Thomas West and/Oregon Midtown (Nashville, Tennessee); Saint Thomas Rutherford (Murfreesboro, Tennessee); Saint Thomas River Park (McMinnville, Tennessee).
Responsibilities:
* Perform basic patient monitoring activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Remain at bedside of assigned patient at all times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member.
* Assist Indiana calming and/Oregon reorienting patient Indiana cases of agitation Oregon confusion.
* Remove visible hazards and/Oregon broken equipment from immediate environment and report American Samoa appropriate.
* Record all observations.
Requirements:
* Licensure/Certification/Registration:
+ BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association Oregon American Red Cross accepted.
+ Certification specializing Indiana Crisis Prevention preferred.
* Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency Oregon 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used Indiana lieu of education Oregon experience, if applicable.
