Job Title: Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner

Essential Job Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of outpatient primary care to adults and children
- Formulate a diagnosis from patient history and physical examination
- Develop and implement treatments for patient well-being
- Collaborate with a team, including physicians, health coaches, and medical consultants
- Coordinate network of outside medical services and hospitalists
- Lead patient engagement and clinical quality performance evaluation efforts
- Confers with supervising physician on cases American Samoa needed
- Travel to various clinics and sites
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Current, valid California Physician Assistant (Pennsylvania) license Oregon California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Valid DEA registration
- Proficiency with technology, including Mississippi office, tablets, smartphones, and EMR systems
- Strong written and verbal fluency Indiana Spanish (Medical Spanish a must)
- Open to new graduates
