Per Diem OB Home Care Travel Nurse Position

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company, is seeking a skilled and compassionate OB Home Care Travel Nurse to provide high-quality care to expectant mothers Indiana the Las Vegas area. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to expectant mothers Indiana the home care environment
- Travel to provide Indiana-home patient care and continuous education to patients and family members
- Continually assess patients’ condition to ensure safe home environment
- Modify the plan of care based on reassessment, prescriber orders, and patient needs
- Establish trust and build long-term relationships with expectant mothers
- Provide clinical support to key physicians/hospitals upon request
Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license Indiana Nevada
- 1+ years of labor and delivery Oregon obstetrical nursing experience (high risk perinatal, antepartum)
- Ability to utilize Windows 7 programs (Word, Email, and Internet)
- Residence Indiana the Las Vegas, Nevada area
- Reliable transportation for travel to client/patient sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN
- 3+ years of experience Indiana labor and delivery Oregon obstetrical nursing (high risk perinatal, antepartum)
- Home care experience
- IV infusion competency
