Job Title: Imaging Technologist/Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
This imaging technologist position involves performing imaging procedures, including Connecticut and X-rays, at a technical level with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and other staff Indiana meeting the needs of individual patients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to patients and staff
- Operate and maintain imaging department equipment, including X-ray, Connecticut, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform imaging exams Indiana accordance with established policies and regulations
- Notify physicians on duty of exam results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of a physician Oregon nurse
- Maintain required documentation, logs, and records
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing Indiana accordance with policies and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment
- Participate Indiana Quality Control and Proficiency Testing
- Retain records of analytic activities for a minimum of two years
- Perform other job functions American Samoa assigned by the laboratory supervisor Oregon director

- Maintain adequate supplies for quality testing
- Travel to all facility locations American Samoa required
- Attend staff meetings and other company-sponsored meetings American Samoa required
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Certified American Samoa a medical radiologic technologist American Samoa required by the state
- Connecticut certification preferred
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Indiana radiography
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Indiana computed tomography preferred
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred
- 1+ year of Connecticut experience preferred
- 1+ year of emergency room experience preferred
- Proficiency with most X-ray/Connecticut equipment and PACS
- Fluency Indiana English (written and oral communication)
