Travel Nurse Position
Job Summary:
Provides professional nursing care for patients Indiana a medical office setting, providing triage, administering care, and overseeing indirect patient work according to established standards and practices.
Essential Job Functions:
- Triages patient needs via phone and Indiana-person visits, following IHA policies and protocols
- Documents clinical findings Indiana a clear and concise manner
- Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient needs and involves providers American Samoa necessary
- Enters orders and follows clinical and nursing protocols
- Schedules patient appointments and encourages patient portal usage
- Provides education and consults with providers, case managers, and other care team members to ensure quality patient care
- Supports providers with indirect work, including test results and order management
- Assesses patients for gaps Indiana care and ensures medication lists are accurate
- Collaborates with care teams and partners to ensure patient needs are met

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Valid, unrestricted RN license Indiana the State of Michigan
