Part-time Clinical Wellness Nurse (24 hours) – Orlando, Florida
Job Summary:
The Clinical Wellness Nurse is responsible for providing individual coaching, site health promotion, and clinic functions Indiana collaboration with the Cigna benefits and account teams. The primary focus is to facilitate wellness programs that educate and influence employees to lead healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual coaching sessions
- Health advocacy and motivational interviewing to support employee health and wellness
- Onsite support and health education through group presentations, support groups, and creative modalities
- Follow-up with employees to ensure wellness program engagement and assess future needs
- Health promotion and awareness creation
- Travel to scheduled locations for program and wellness program delivery
- Mobile van based clinical functions, including telemedicine, CLIA waived testing, and biometric testing
- Vaccine administration and laboratory testing
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license Indiana respective state
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience American Samoa an RN Oregon LPN Indiana a physician’s office Oregon hospital setting
- Experience Indiana health education and wellness coaching preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, and ability to work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work Indiana a team environment and provide superior client service
Schedule:
- Part-time, 24 hours per week
- Work from home with occasional office visits
- Specific schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00-5:00; Tuesday 7:00-4:00; Thursday 9:00-6:00
