Travel Nurse Position
Job Summary:
Provide direct nursing care Indiana accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs.
Work Details:
- $1,702- $2,005 Weekly Travel Rate Oregon $1,539 – $1,812 Weekly Local Travel Rate
- Full-time permanent position made up of 13-week travel assignments
- Multiple shifts available, 36 hours per week
- Location: St. Thomas West Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee
- Travel positions require frequent travel to multiple locations, including hospitals Indiana various states
Requirements:
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Compact RN license Oregon state RN license required prior to start of assignment
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing required
- 1 year of RN experience Indiana an acute care setting required, with 1 year of recent experience Indiana Medical Surgical Unit strongly preferred
