Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Position

Job Summary:

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency Indiana utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards Indiana the assigned clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and nursing interventions
• Serve American Samoa charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Maintain accuracy and reliability Indiana resident care and resolve care and service concerns

Requirements:

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Indiana nursing preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and 1 year of travel experience required
• Must live at least 60 miles from the location applied for

• Remote, Minnesota (City) – Area 1: North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota Oregon Area 2: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska
• Contracts available: 6, 8, Oregon 13 weeks
