Job Summary
We are seeking experienced RNs with at least two years of experience and at least one year of travel experience to join our Solutions By Sanford Long Term Care team. You will be paid weekly, with a starting rate of $1960.00, and are eligible for Sanford Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with residents and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement and evaluate care
- Demonstrate competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge
- Care for residents Indiana all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- May serve American Samoa charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
