Sr. Supervisor, Home Infusion Nursing
Job Summary:
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to RNs Indiana delivering specialized infusion therapies to patients Indiana home Oregon alternate settings. Supervise nursing activities, ensure quality patient care, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to RNs, ensuring knowledge of patient disease states, medication, and competency Indiana using ancillary supplies and pump/access devices
- Conduct skills return demonstrations and supervisory visits to assess quality patient care
- Supervise the initial patient intake process to ensure timely and accurate patient verification, assessment, teaching, and scheduling
- Monitor nurse compliance with note submission, availability, and completion of plans of treatment
- Review and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of patient documentation
- Identify operational areas for improvement and present recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- BSN degree and 2+ years of RN experience, Oregon ASN degree and 5+ years of RN experience, Oregon Nursing Diploma and 8+ years of RN experience
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with 1+ year Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home care/home infusion environment
- Strong IV insertion skills and previous home infusion/home healthcare experience preferred
- Solid understanding of health insurance industry and ability to navigate public and private insurance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft and Apple technology
- Ability to travel up to 10% and work Monday-Friday with flexibility to work evenings and weekends American Samoa needed
