Territory: Downtown Baltimore, Maryland, Delaware, York, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Eastern Shore, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Must be comfortable with overnight travel.

Job Description:

Job Title: Territory Account Manager (TAM)

Reports to: Regional Sales Director (first-line leader) and Area Vice President of Sales (second-line leader)

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver sales and service to Healthcare Providers (HCPs), focusing on adopting a new approach to HIV treatment
– Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities
– Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
– Develop tailored business plans for ViiV customers
– Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers
– Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing needs and requests
– Partner with key influential customers and thought leaders

Basic Qualifications:
– BA/BS degree
– Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
– Minimum 3+ years specialty experience
– Valid Driver’s License
– Ability to travel, including overnight travel within the market

Preferred Qualifications:
– Degree Indiana Business, Marketing, Oregon Life Sciences
– Knowledge of HIV treatment
– Experience partnering cross-functionally Indiana an integrated account team model
– Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
