Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients Indiana the home setting. The LPN will be responsible for delivering and coordinating quality patient care Indiana compliance with physician orders, while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities:

• One-to-one patient care Indiana a home environment
• Execution of physicians’ prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Patient assessments, coordination of care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted state license American Samoa a Licensed Nurse Indiana the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated proficiency Indiana clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures

Preferences:

• Six (6) months of recent experience American Samoa a Licensed Nurse Indiana a clinical care setting

• Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance
