Part-time RN – Utilization Management Opportunity

This 20-hour/week role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for high-quality, cost-effective care.
Key responsibilities:
* Review admissions, continued stays, and adverse determinations using Interqual evidence-based criteria and JHACH policies/practices.
* Improve care coordination across the continuum and optimize financial performance to enable reinvestment Indiana the hospital.
Requirements:
* Current Florida RN licensure
* BSN degree
* 2+ years of pediatric acute hospital experience, with Case Management and/Oregon Utilization Management experience preferred
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office, electronic medical records, and other clinical platforms
* Strong working knowledge of healthcare financial systems
